There were no hosts working New Year's Day which was strange since it is a casino. It was like stepping back into 2007 in Tunica. They can afford a new 83k/ft conference center but can't bring some new games in is ridiculous. Plenty of space for some of the newer popular games. Their slot machines are completely outdated. There is a VIP lounge in the high Limit area with some food and complimentary non alcoholic beverages, and it is the only place besides the hotel that has wifi or cell service and the wifi and service is minimal to say the least. Aside from the horrendous payouts on the slot machines (going 0-14 on bonuses in one session), you basically get no special treatment at this casino.
We are Seven Star players that gamble big. Things definitely could have gone better for us on our trip to Harrahs Cherokee.
